Ways to Make Money Online

I have given a few pointers over the last couple of days, but how easy is it to make money online?
There are a lot of get rich quick schemes out there. I know, I have tried a lot and spent a lot. I have been narrowing down the focus over the last few months though and it is starting to pay off. I dont know if there is a best way to make money online and there are certainly some crazy ones out there, but you may have already found a way.
If you havent and you are still searching then take heart, it is possible but it is hard work. Take no notice of those ads that give the impression that money is to be had in a matter of days working for 2 hours a day. I suppose it is entirely possible if you had already put in hundreds of hours before. They do say that the most expensive sale on the internet is your first one and that is undoubtedly true. You can easily spend thousands.
So if you have been paying attention previously, how do you see the wood for the trees? Are you flounderering about trying to make some sense of everything to do with internet marketing? I know its really difficult to see a way forward but it might help if you break things down and concentrate on 1 thing at a time.
- Find a potential niche
- Investigate it by researching the market,looking at keywords and the competition
- decide if you want to produce your own product, ebook etc or promote an affiliate product
- get an appropriate domain name and a hosting account
- Promotion.
There are many sub steps within those but I think that gives an overview of how things fit together.You may not know how to do any of those things, or you may have jumped ahead (in which case it might be better for you to go back to basics).
All of those steps take some doing and some time. I have touched on finding a niche in previous posts so I am going to move on to research over the next few posts.
